  • Can I create a personal MYLAPS account?

    All new MYLAPS personal transponders come with a personal MYLAPS account. Your MYLAPS homepage stores all race and practice results, allows you to analyze your performance and plan for a faster lap time.

  • Can I get my practice times live?

    Yes, go to the MYLAPS practice section of the website. If you cannot find your results, please contact your race organization and ask them to contact MYLAPS to enable MYLAPS practice for their track(s).

  • Can I register multiple transponders?

    Yes you can. On the registration-form you can register 1 transponder, after registration you log in. In the Account-settings you have the possibility to register additional transponders (up to 3).

  • Can I see my own laptimes if I do not own a personal MYLAPS transponder?

    No, only if you own an MYLAPS transponder, you can check your own laptimes. To purchase a MYLAPS Personal Transponder please check our webshop or contact us.

  • How can I find my results and my laptimes?

    You can search on race organization name or event-name by typing in the name in the search field.

  • How can I see my own laptimes?

    On the result (qualifying or race result) screen, you can click on your name. Depending on your organization, it may be necessary to register/log-in to see your own laptimes. Please note: you need to have registered the transponder number you used in the run.

  • How long will my information be stored on MyLaps.com?

    Normally all information uploaded on the MyLaps.com website will be stored for as long as Mylaps exists, but the organizations who uploaded the results have the ability to delete their results from the site.

  • I am a racer and cannot find the results of my race organization. What should I do?

    Please contact your race organization and ask them to upload the race results to mylaps.com.

  • I am trying to register and the confirmation code is always wrong, how come?

    MYLAPS uses cookies and your internet browser must accept them in order to register and to use MYLAPS in general.

  • I can't login

    This has probably to do with the fact that your internet browser is not accepting cookies. To login and use mylaps.com your browser needs to accept our cookies. This is a setting in your internet explorer. It is usallly located under Tools->Internet Options->Privacy->Advanced You can read more about cookies here: http://www.cookiecentral.com/faq/

  • I lost/forgot my login-name and/or password

    If you lost your username or password, you can use our resend login-information page to retrieve your information. The only thing you need is your e-mail address. If you still have problems logging in, please contact MYLAPS support. If you contact support, please send us as much information as possible (transpondernumber, address etc.)

  • If I race with several different organizations, can I still see all of my laptimes?

    Yes, you can. All your laptimes are stored under your MYLAPS Personal Transponder and therefore you can easily find your laptimes no matter what organization you had a race with; even if it was on the other side of the world!

  • My name is spelled incorrectly, can you fix this?

    The names are entered into the timing software by your race organization and they upload the results. If your name is spelled incorrectly your race organization should fix this in the timing software and then re-upload the results to mylaps.com

  • The result is incorrect, can you fix this?

    The results are created and uploaded by your race organization. If it is incorrect your race organization should fix this in the timing software and then re-upload the results to mylaps.com

  • The speedcolumn in the results display Km/h in stead of Mph

    For organizations:

    Log in to your MYLAPS account. Go to 'My results' and click the 'Edit'-link behind the event that has the wrong speedunit.

    Then choose for 'Miles' in stead of 'Km' in the unit-selection. To save the changes, click 'Update changes to Database'.

    If you want to change this setting for future uploads, make sure that the unit-selection in your 'Account Settings' is also set to 'Miles'.

    For racers:

    Please contact the uploading organization, and make sure he takes the steps mentioned above.

  • What is a lapchart?

    A lapchart is a representation of a race. It show the positions of all drivers in each lap. The numbers in the chart are the driver numbers. If you click on a driver name then his positions in the race are highlighted.

  • Where are the results from...?

    Race results are directly uploaded by race organizations to our site. This is done via the timing software they use and the upload software on Mylaps.com. If your results are not on the Mylaps site then your race organization hasn't uploaded them yet.
